Martin has vast experience in Banking and Finacial Management. He joined Barclays Bank in January 2001and worked in various capacities including Deputy Head of Operations, Head of Procurement, Property and Security, Head of Reconciliations, Customer Service Manager and Business Continuity Manager. His major achievements while at Barclays include coordinating the Flexcube System changeover, construction of bank archives, branch expansions etc.
He joined Bankom as the Head of Operations in January 2009.

A paticular area of focus is Business ICT, especially across the interface between business and technology and supported by skill in quantification of problem components . Alan also has direct experience with Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) networking and switchiting for Financial institutions which include implementing and managing the National Interbank Switch.
He joined bankom in 2006 working under various capacities from Network/Systems Administrator to his current position as Technical Manager.
